The firm
Built on one principle: a promise for quality.
Urmi Technologies has manufactured low-voltage electrical and power control panels from Vasai East, Palghar since February 2007. The firm is run by engineers who came out of the switchgear and power capacitor industry, and it builds to client specification against IS and IEC standards.
The works covers 6,000 sq ft with a further 1,500 sq ft of office, roughly 1 km from the Mumbai–Surat highway and 8 km from Vasai station. Panels have been supplied to chemical, pharmaceutical, steel, paper, engineering, infrastructure, retail, hospitality and healthcare projects throughout India and abroad.

Total type tested, not partial
Our design is type tested as a complete assembly under IEC 61439 at CPRI Bhopal — 4000 A, 50 kA for one second, IP 55, with Schneider switchgear. Partial type testing is not the same thing.

The firm is led by an engineer who spent years inside Schneider Electric, L&T and Momaya Capacitors before starting it. That is the standard the works is held to.
Designed for the expansion you have not made yet
