What each sector asks of a panel.
Chemical & Pharmaceutical
Process plants run continuously, and an unplanned shutdown costs more than the panel that caused it. We build compartmentalised assemblies with separate chambers for live busbars and cable terminals, electronic overload protection on every motor feeder, and centralised monitoring so the plant sees a developing fault before it trips. Panels are finished to the same seven-tank process throughout, which matters where the atmosphere is corrosive.

Steel & Metals
Rolling mills and melt shops draw hard, switch often and generate significant harmonic content. We build MCCs up to 3200 A with soft starters and VFDs to 250 HP with bypass arrangements, so a drive fault does not stop the line. For power factor we specify detuned reactor and capacitor combinations matched to the supply rather than fitting capacitors alone.

Infrastructure & Metro
Public infrastructure is tendered against specification and inspected against it. Our design is total type tested under IEC 61439 at CPRI Bhopal at 4000 A with 50 kA for one second and IP 55 — the documentation a consultant or tender committee needs, with the rating, the lab and the switchgear make all on the record. Outdoor assemblies are built weatherproof with canopies and gasketed doors.

Real Estate & Commercial
High-rise residential and commercial developments need distribution that can be extended as the project phases complete. We size assemblies against where the development is going rather than only where it is, so adding feeders later does not mean replacing the panel. Busduct to 6300 A handles the risers; distribution and lighting boards handle the floors.

Healthcare & Hospitals
In a hospital the changeover matters more than the panel. We build DG synchronising and AMF panels up to 3200 A that will synchronise up to four sets, with automatic mains failure operation on each, mechanical and electrical interlocks preventing parallel sourcing, and an annunciator showing fault status per set. Fire fighting pump panels are built to the same standard.

Retail & Hospitality
Retail and hotel loads are dominated by HVAC, lighting and refrigeration — which means power factor, and a bill with a reactive penalty on it. APFC panels to 500 kVAR with contactor or thyristor switching correct it automatically, and disconnect during DG feeding so the generator never sees a leading power factor. HVAC control panels handle the AHUs, chillers and pumps.

Automation & OEM
We build PLC and process control panels around Siemens, Schneider and Delta hardware, in SS 304, MS CRCA or Rittal enclosures. Our approach is deliberately less hard wiring and more of the logic in software, which keeps the panel smaller and easier to service. HMI and SCADA logic is developed in-house, so the operator gets screens built for the process rather than a generic template.

Food, Paper & Packaging
Continuous-web and continuous-process lines need smooth starting and controlled speed, with the ability to keep running if a drive is isolated. VFD and soft starter panels to 250 HP are built with bypass arrangements for exactly that. Enclosures are specified with sufficient internal space and cooling for the drive heat, which is where most panels of this type fail early.
